Alberto Breda

Alberto Breda is a urologic surgeon and head of the Oncology Urology Unit and Kidney Transplant Surgical Team. He is specialized in uro-oncology and kidney transplantation with special interest in minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Breda published over 250 articles, 20 book chapters as well as several videos on surgical techniques. He has more than 350 papers presented in congresses and scientific meetings, some of them awarded and has been invited to participate as guest lecturer and as guest surgeon in many of them. Dr. Breda is an honorary member or member of several national and international societies. Since 2015 he is Chairman of the European Guidelines in Kidney Transplantation and in 2019 he was appointed as Board Member of the Scientific Committee Office of the EAU. Dr. Breda is currently the Chairman of the EAU Robotic Urology Section (ERUS).
